Enter The Activerse

Hello. If you're stumbling on this all by itself, my name is WT Harmon. I've been writing Alan in one form or another since late two thousand and four. His first appearance was in Keyguard Active #1 long before I knew anything about how to write or draw. Since then, because I can't let anything go gracefully, I've set every comic story I've ever told in the same Universe, one I dubbed the "Activerse" after the title of the first comic. This story started as an explanation of why a series of slice of life comic stories was about to take a turn for the fantastical, but quickly grew into my favorite series of strips to date.

I've loved writing Jenny Everywhere, and I don't think I'm done doing so. Look for her to pop up in my other works. Thanks for reading, kids.

Until Next Time...

Here's How It Is

I've been thinking about who and what I am. It's an idea that I've always been intrigued by, the nature of being. Who are you? If I asked you to define yourself, what words would you use? What's the FIRST THING that pops into your head. Are you a Mother? Are you a Christian? Are you American? Who are you? If I'm being as honest as I strive to be, I don't have an answer to the question.

So today I took a sheet of paper, pinned it to the wall, then I started writing down all the phrases  I use to self identify.  Then I used Google to define those terms and figure out what about those groups make me feel like part of them.
